Conceptual Designs & Estimates
First we review the design agreement. Next our designer combines your hopes and dreams with their imagination and experience to create initial drawings, keeping in mind your lifestyles and tastes. Finally, preliminary estimates help us hone the design to accommodate your budget.
Develop
Construction Documents & Fixed Price Contract
With the scope and style of the project defined, construction drawings, specifications and schedules are prepared to become the basis of a fixed price construction agreement. Permit drawings are prepared and submitted to the appropriate municipal building department for approval.
Deliver
Construction
One of our experienced lead carpenters is assigned to build and manage your project from start to finish.
Consideration is given to your needs and lifestyle during the course of construction. Areas not remodeled are protected to reduce dust intrusion until the project is completed, cleaned, and prepared for you to enjoy.
